CRSE is a community based not-for-profit organization incorporated
to preserve, protect and
enhance the environment and quality of life of the residents of
The Town of Southeast
and Village of Brewster, Putnam County, New York.
We believe that our town and village combine priceless environmental
features,
historically significant areas, important architectural structures
and a diverse mixture
of people who wish to preserve and improve our way of life.
As a nonprofit, member-supported, public interest organization,
CRSE will promote conservation
of the natural environment, preservation of historic landmarks and
neighborhoods
and maintenance of this enviable quality of life for the residents
of Southeast and its neighboring communities.
